Refund and Returns Policy

At Smash It Rage Rooms, we strive to provide you with an exceptional experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your booking or service, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations, refunds, and returns.
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Online Bookings: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your booked session. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only granted if you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled time. If you do not show up for your booking or cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.
Refund Process: Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds depending on specific circumstances such as technical issues or exceptional cases, but these are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Group Bookings
For group bookings, the same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. If one or more members of your group are unable to attend, we encourage you to inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to explore options for rescheduling or adjusting the booking.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as gift vouchers or promotional discounts, may not be eligible for refunds. These terms will be specified at the time of purchase.
5. In the Event of an Issue or Complaint
If you encounter an issue during your session or if you’re unsatisfied with the experience, please notify a staff member immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you have a positive experience. If a satisfactory resolution is not possible, you can contact us for further assistance, and we may offer compensation at our discretion.
6. Force Majeure
In the case of circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative booking or a full refund.
